    A new chapter: Ascentry

    BYG is elevated to its next stage of growth with:

    • The acquisition of Finbiosoft, expanding into method validation excellence

    Acceleration & investment

    Keensight Capital invests in BYG, fueling global development.
    New strategic partnerships deepen the ecosystem, and the team reaches 100 employees by August 2023.

    Product evolution & portfolio expansion

    Major transformation of BYG’s technology stack with the development of next-generation solutions built on modern technical foundations.
    In 2020, BYG acquires Info Partner, expanding into microbiology, epidemiology, and infection control solutions.

    Global expansion & advanced certifications

    BYG is acquired by Cyril Verhille, receives ISO 9001 certification, and expands to a team of 20 employees—setting the stage for accelerated growth.

    First partnership with an IVD supplier in France
