Ascentry is entering an exciting new phase of expansion in the United States. To support this growth and strengthen our brand presence, we are creating a new role for a US Regional Marketing Manager. This strategic position will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our innovative laboratory data management solutions across the U.S. market. While this role offers geographic flexibility, our strong preference is for a candidate based on the East Coast.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

The US Regional Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong functional tie to the VP of Sales, USA, will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating demand, and accelerating sales pipeline growth for Ascentry’s solutions in the United States.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Localizing Global Strategy: Translate the Group’s global marketing and communication strategies into effective, region-specific marketing plans by adapting value propositions, messaging, and campaign narratives to address the unique dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape of the US Clinical Laboratory sector.
  • Demand Generation: Develop, execute, and measure multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns (including digital, content, events, and Account-Based Marketing) to create a consistent flow of qualified leads and drive revenue growth in close collaboration with the US Sales team.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration (Functional Reporting): Act as the primary marketing partner to the VP of Sales, USA, creating and adapting high-impact marketing materials, presentations, and market intelligence to ensure the sales team is fully equipped to effectively engage and close business with target accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of US market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. These findings will be shared with the global team to inform product positioning, messaging adjustments, and the global product roadmap, ensuring US market requirements are integrated into the global strategy.
  • Events & Outreach: Plan and manage regional participation in key US industry events, conferences, and webinars to maximize brand exposure, generate leads, and foster relationships with key industry stakeholders and influencers.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness (ROI, pipeline influence, lead conversion) of all US marketing initiatives to the Group CMO, ensuring continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.
