As part of the growth of our activities, we are looking for a Software Tester to join our R&D department on a permanent contract.
Position based in L’Union (31), near Toulouse (France).

Your missions:

Reporting to the R&D Director, you will be responsible for:

Leading software qualification activities
Defining, estimating, and planning the testing strategy
Facilitating qualification meetings and monitoring the anomaly/incident portfolio
Designing system test plans (use cases, platforms, datasets)
Assessing the feasibility of test automation when relevant
Executing tests and qualification activities
Analyzing test results
Tracking anomalies in collaboration with Product Owners and external partners
Providing test reports to stakeholders

Required profile:

You have at least three years of experience in software testing and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 / Bac +5).
You are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum), have experience with test management tools, and possess knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Watir, Protractor, or others).
You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
You have strong interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, and sufficient assertiveness to integrate smoothly within our company.
You have solid writing skills and a minimum B2 level in English.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of TFS
ISTQB Certification
Experience with Microsoft environments (TFS, Azure DevOps)
